Pictures Matter!  It is very important to have quality photographs in MLS and on the internet when selling your home.  We have invested in a high end camera with a very large sensor.  This allows us to take photographs in a home that may not receive much light but the pictures will make it look like it is bright and open.  Buyers have a lot of choices and photographs are their first impression.  Quality photographs are what make them want to learn more about the property.  We are also skilled in Photoshop for those gray days or a picture that just needs a little help.

Another advantage of using the Bluetooth Electronic Lockboxes is that they solicit feedback as the buyer’s agent is at your house.  If the agent doesn’t choose to leave feedback while they are there we have record of them and will follow up.  We also require agents to request a showing in a secure area of Matrix.  This allows us to record their contact information and we send out requests for feedback.  Feedback can be used to make changes to the property or the way it is viewed by prospective buyers.

Electronic Signatures and Paperless Environment
