Ariell Behnke

I am a native New Yorker (Go Yankees!) and have been around the real estate industry for most of my life. Growing up with a parent that is a Realtor definitely sticks with you. I can still remember tagging along with my father to his showings or his open houses in Long Island, NY when I was a little girl.

I have been a Lakeland resident since 2000, and have spent the last 20+ years becoming an expert on Central Florida real estate market. It brings me immense pleasure to live and work in a city as beautiful as Lakeland. From the historic lakes, great restaurants, cultural offerings, outdoor activities, and overall lifestyle - the diversity of our area has something for everyone!

If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full- time real estate agent, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. However I can help, I will always be accessible when you need me. I look forward to helping you turn your real estate dreams into a reality.

Fun fact: When I’m not making dreams of homeownership come true for my clients, I enjoy visiting the gulf coast beaches, kayaking, traveling, and taking trips to Disney World with my husband and two children.
