Brad Labozzetta

Hello! My name is Brad Labozzetta and I am a licensed real estate agent at Live FL Realty. I am proud to say that I was born and raised here in Lakeland, Florida! After high school, I was fortunate enough to play Division I baseball at the University of South Florida where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I have always been one with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “go getter” mentality, which transitioned perfectly into real estate. On top of being a licensed Realtor, I made my first big real estate investment in a single-family rental in 2019. I successfully completed all of the renovations, listed the property and secured a long-term tenant. I currently still manage this property along with two others. These projects have allowed me to learn and develop further knowledge and skills in the real estate market which have helped make me a better agent. Today, my drive and passion for real estate is as strong as ever. I look forward to many more years of learning and helping clients find their dream homes!
