Joelle Bach

I’ve spent most of my professional life helping people navigate two of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make—financing a home and choosing where to live. For 27 years, I worked in the mortgage industry, gaining deep experience in lending, customer service, and financial guidance. It taught me the importance of trust, communication, and being a reliable guide through what can be a stressful process. I bring a calm, knowledgeable, and client-focused approach to everything I do.

Seven years ago, I shifted my focus to new home sales, working directly with builders and homebuyers. It was a natural transition that allowed me to stay close to what I love most: helping people find the right home. Combining my mortgage background with my sales experience has given me a unique perspective and the ability to support clients from every angle.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about building lasting relationships, exploring all that is Florida and doing All this with my family and friends. Any day in a boat fishing or on the Beach is better than any day!!!!

Fun Fact: I carry a leash and dog bones in my car at all times just incase I need to rescue dogs.
