Hi, my name is Malinda Joiner.


I Possess A Holistic Mindful Approach With Exemplary Excellence In Customer Service in 5 years of Accounting & Auditing, Sales, Marketing, Biologist Aide, Mail Carrier, Nurse Assistant, Membership Growth Consultant & Retention Specialist, and 10 years of Teaching. I earned my Bachelors of Arts dual degree in Sociology & Anthropology from VSU. Sales is in my blood, and my father told me to find a career I love that doesn’t feel like work: That’s Real Estate!


Here’s some fun facts about me. I love going on nature trails, listening to music, and spending time with my friends and family. We all have a great story of how we ended up in Florida, Right?


Were you lucky to be born here?


I was Born in Ohio and Raised in Florida & South Georgia, mostly because my parents were Snow Birds, and the weather was so nice here in the South we stayed! I followed my daughter and her now husband down to Lakeland, where he landed his first engineering job straight out of GSU… and the rest is history! We love Central Florida & I Know You Will, Too!
